Passive funnel device; RESTART

Hypothesis:

Is it possible to build a passive microplastic sampling device that uses wave energy? We are especially interested in a device that can be operated close on the shoreline. A simple installation and maintenance should be possible from this perspective. It might be a good starting point A problem could be caused by flotsam, stones and sand with such a device. to think about how to facilitate the breakers to collect water samples.
